St Mellons Hotel Restaurant
After an extended period of closure, our restaurant has now re-opened under Head Chef Gareth Daw. Our aim is to showcase locally sourced produce, some of which is freshly picked from the grounds around the hotel, and the Chef’s expertise across our A La Carte and upcoming tasting menus.
Combining classical cooking techniques with a modern twist, as well as some unusual flavour combinations and unique items, (like Gareth’s Homemade-Cider), the Restaurant at The St Mellons Hotel will provide an intimate fine dining experience.
