Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Refunds will only be available when specified as part of the room rate at the time of booking and when the Cancellation Policy is adhered to.
NON-AVAILABILITY: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Damage and Breakages – You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage caused at the hotel by you, or your party, howsoever caused. You are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair of the damage and the cost of any subsequent losses which the hotel may incur . The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay.
No Smoking – All public areas and guest bedrooms are strictly non-smoking. If smoking has occurred in your room, we reserve the right to charge you for additional cleaning of furnishings fabrics and loss of revenue due to the room being unable to be used.
Where cancellation is offered at the time of, and as part of, the booking you are required to inform the hotel in writing giving a minimum of three days notice prior to the check in time of 2.00pm on the day of arrival. If this term is not met no refund will be made.
Any booking of more than three rooms will be deemed as a group booking by the hotel and these additional terms will apply.
It is the responsibility of the guest to contact the hotel and receive confirmation of the booking. Until this confirmation is received, in writing, from the hotel the booking will be considered provisional and may be cancelled by the hotel at anytime. This term will apply however the booking was originally made, either directly with hotel reception, facsimile, email, hotel, or third party, website, and any monies paid at the time of the booking. These monies will be refundable in full if cancelled by the hotel.
Any person, or persons, who make a group booking will be responsible for all other guests in the group and any charges which may arise from their stay.
